InLife wins at ESGBusiness Awards 2025 for employee recognition and community empowerment programmes

The dual win underscores the company’s impact on its employee force and communities.

InLife received two accolades during the ESGBusiness Awards 2025. The company’s employee programme won under the Reward and Recognition Award - Philippines category, whilst InLife Foundation won under the Economic Empowerment Award - Philippines category.

The dual recognition highlights InLife’s commitment to its workforce and InLife Foundation’s impact on communities, reflecting the company’s mission to lead Filipinos to “A Lifetime For Good.”

Championing employee growth and well-being

InLife was recognised for its holistic employee programmes that reward performance, support career development, and promote work-life balance. 

InLife fosters a culture of recognition through performance and loyalty awards, alongside enhanced incentives for long-service employees. The company champions a culture of continuous learning through its Digital College and Leadership Development College, and incentives for industry certifications, leading to strong results in employee learning and advancement. InLife promotes work-life balance and well-being through hybrid work arrangements, health benefits, and employee-led activities. These efforts contribute to high productivity, zero workplace accidents, and an Employee Net Promoter Score of 79, reflecting strong engagement and loyalty, which in turn drive sustainable growth.

Empowering youth and women

InLife Foundation, the company’s corporate social responsibility arm, empowers disadvantaged youth and women by providing access to education, skills training, and career opportunities. Its Gold Eagle College Scholarship Program, now in its sixth decade, produces graduates who excel in their fields, including a topnotcher in the Licensure Exam for Teachers in 2024. Through the Adopt-A-Scholar Program, InLife employees extend support to public school students.

The foundation equips women with high-value livelihood skills. Its Data Science Training Program, run in partnership with For the Women Foundation, enables participants to transition into analytics careers with significantly higher income. Other initiatives, such as hairdressing, baking, and job readiness courses, further expand pathways for women to become financially independent.
